Andy Holt

Founder
Andy has over 20 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, and the management of portfolio companies across a variety of industries, most extensively in telecommunications. While at Ramius Capital and Leucadia National Corp, he was instrumental in building one of the world’s largest pure-play fixed wireless broadband providers, which now serves over a million customers. Having served on investment teams, boards, and management teams, Andy has a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities capital-intensive businesses face.

Andy holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD, and BA from the University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife and son live in New York. During his career Andy has lived in New York, Rome, Paris, and London, and he conducts business in English, Italian, and French.
